GIC has been retained by a “large deductible” workers compensation insurer to perform a review of claims being disputed by a policyholder.

GIC’s client has filed suit to recover claim payments which a PEO is refusing to reimburse  alleging overpayment by the insurer. The review is structured to respond on a case by case basis and to provide evidence and support for the disputed sums. GIC is working with the insurer’s claim system and has been provided on-line, read only access to the complete file.
